By far the most authentic food I have had outside of Italy! The ingredients are so fresh and they never disappoint. Their staff is always so friendly and helpful especially my man Giuseppe!!! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, everything is so good! I would recommend Cucina Caprese to everyone!!

One of the best pizza I have ever had! Their Margherita pizza with fresh basil and mozzarella is only 450 calories... For the WHOLE THING! Unbelievable. I am so grateful that they come to my place of work with their gigantic stone oven and cook up the best pizza for all of us to enjoy 🙂

Probably the closest thing to pizza from Naples! The chief is Italian so this is the real deal! Every Thursday pizza food truck with their oven comes to UCSD campus near Torrey Pines road! A little bit expensive but that's the price to pay for authentic pizza!

This is possibly the best pizza we have had outside of Italy! It's amazing how Giuseppe can make such awesome food in a mobile oven. The pizzas are fairly simple, but what elevates them are the incredibly fresh ingredients. We tried the Buffalina and the Prosciutto e rucola and would go back to sample the others. It may be a bit pricey, but it's definitely cheaper than flying to Southern Italy.
